SureFit Belt Return and Exchange Policy

At SureFit, our top priority is customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

That's why we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy on the SureFit Belt. If you are not completely satisfied with your SureFit Belt, return it in its original condition within 60 days of purchase.

To initiate a return or exchange, please get in touch with our Customer Service team at +1 888-513-0863 (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST Monday to Friday) or send an email to support@surefitbelt.com to receive a return authorization number and instructions.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your exchange. 

Please note we cannot accept returns or exchanges on belts that show wear or are not in resalable condition.
